Westmalle Extra is brewed primarily for use within the abbey as the table beer served to the monks and their guests. Like is brother beers, it is top-fermented but is considerably lighter, at 4.8%. It has the characteristic Westmalle aroma and flavour with bright hops coming through in the finish.

Trappist Dubbel

A dark, red-brown beer with a rich, complex taste, Westmalle Dubbel is re-fermented in bottle. The mild carbonation allows the touches of caramel and sweet malts to shine through. Fruity esters brighten the rich body, while a mellow hop character creates a long dry finish.    

Trappist Tripel

This strong, dry and spicy ale is the product of a secondary fermentation lasting 5 weeks. Westmalle Tripel is complex, with a fruity aroma and a nuanced hop aroma. It is an exceptional ale with a great deal of finesse and elegance, and with a splendid, long after taste.
