Troubadour is an Imperial Stout with a decidedly Belgian twist. The beer is almost black with a solid crème coloured head. It is a powerful beer with strong roasted aromas, notes of chocolate, toffee and coffee; followed by a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.

The amber-coloured specialty beer Troubadour Magma has the aromatic and hoppy-bitter character of an American  Indian Pale Ale, but is softened by the fruitiness of a Belgian Tripel. Enthusiasts appreciate the explosion of fruity  scents from dry hopping.  

Mild Stout

Troubadour Obscura pours dark, red-brown with aromas of dark fruit and caramel. Unlike it’s sweeter Belgian counterparts, this beer’s four specialty malts create a decidedly roasted character, reminiscent of a strong porter, leaving a dry satisfying finish. 

Black IPA

This beer explodes with hop aroma while more subtle hints of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and vanilla fill in the back ground. The taste is a balance between the sweet malts and the vibrant hops that create a strong pleasant bitterness and dry finish.  

Blonde Ale

The first contact with the tongue results in a lovely sparkling feeling. The aroma of this bottle fermented blonde is characterized by spicy hops and light, fruity accents. A mild, hoppy bitterness is followed by a pleasantly sweet, fruity aftertaste and a dry finish.

American IPA

Jack's Precious IPA is reminiscent of a floral bouquet with a citrus accent. The beer boasts a smooth, fruity taste, that is balanced by the resinous, piney hop bitterness. A beautiful take on a classic Westcoast IPA, brewed fresh on order!
