This deep golden beer has explosive aromas of apple, red berries, currants, dried plums and pleasant notes of balsamic vinegar. Aged for 20 months in oak barrels it holds the typical notes of vanilla, cognac, nuts and caramel biscuits under a sophisticated veil of tartness. 

Flemish Red Ale

This brown ale has a pleasant aroma of green apple, redcurrant, caramel, apple cider vinegar and fresh bread. It is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, giving it its characteristic aromas. It has a lovely, rounded flavour with alternating dashes of sweet and sour.  

Belgian Chocolate Ale

Chocolate, ripe and dried fruits and tertiary aromas such as forest scents are clearly perceptible. The taste and aftertaste is extremely round and fused. This beer is a stout bordering on a quad, it owes its bitterness to the use of rich, roasted malts. 

Belgian IPA

This straw yellow beer is a taste bomb! It has a very recognizable nose of hops, grapefruit, lychee, passion fruit and other overripe tropical fruits. The use of wheat and spelt helps to round out the otherwise aggressive profile of this "brewed to order" Belgian IPA.
