St.Bernardus Abt 12 has fruity aroma that is the result of the unique, legendary yeast. It brims over with complex tastes that stand out through its long, bittersweet finish. Trappist Brown Ale
Herbal aromas are complemented by a slightly sweet taste that spreads gradually. Soft caramel touches accent a milk chocolate character, before they evolve into a malty bitterness that is particularly noticeable in the finish. Rochefort 8 concludes with an earthy touch of cloves and a mild acidity.

Impressions of coffee with powerful chocolate aromas dominate the nose. The yeasty esters produce hints of autumn wood, citrus zest and freshly baked biscuits. The initial taste is sweetly sinful with a backbone of bitter malt. The alcohol warms the finish where traces of cloves, citrus, and mocha linger.

A dark, red-brown beer with a rich, complex taste, Westmalle Dubbel is re-fermented in bottle. The mild carbonation allows the touches of caramel and sweet malts to shine through. Fruity esters brighten the rich body, while a mellow hop character creates a long dry finish.
Westmalle Tripel is complex, with bright, fruity flavours and a nuanced hop aroma. This strong, dry ale is the product of a secondary fermentation lasting 5 weeks. It is an exceptional beer with a great deal of finesse and elegance, and a splendidly long after taste.
Orval has a complex taste profile, one that hits many notes to form a pleasing chord. The slightly malty palate offers a fruitiness that is covered by a prominent veil of earthy, herbal, peppery bitterness. This forms a perfect complement to the beer’s pleasantly sour and wild character. Full in the mouth, and creamy, with a playful carbonation and a beautifully dry finish.

Labiek Fabriek's Jart-Elle is a traditional Oude Kriek; an unfiltered blend of 1-3 year old spontaneously fermented lambic beers. This special blend is aged with macerated cherries in oak barrels for an additional 6 months adding to the tartness and lending a bright pink hue to this beautiful, rare beer.
Belgian Chocolate Ale
Chocolate, ripe and dried fruits and tertiary aromas such as forest scents are clearly perceptible. The taste and aftertaste is extremely round and fused. This beer finds a beautiful balance between stout and quad, Sweet and rich with the lingering bitterness of perfectly roasted malts.
Dry Hopped Spelt Saison
The Hill Farmstead brewers traveled to Brasserie de Blaugies to share the kindred bond of farmhouse brewing; the result is this classic spelt saison, made brighter by an abundance of Amarillo hops. Aromatic notes of fruit and spice lead to flavours of citrus and pepper, then to a finish that is clean and dry.
