Ideal for those who like as little sweetness as possible in their wine. Never sparse or brittle, but round and smooth with hints of pear and apple.  The texture is wonderfully light and the finish delights with good length. This white wine from the Rhône Valley can be stored well or be enjoyed fresh.   

Merlot

This single-varietal French wine shows wonderfully expressive notes of morello cherries, plums, blueberries and black cherries in the glass. These are joined by hints of juniper, garrigue and green peppers

The GP Rouge Merlot delights with its elegantly dry taste.

Grenache

A light colored rosé with notes of raspberry and strawberry. A fresh acidity lifts the wine, making it bright and refreshing. The aftertaste has a bit of sweetness to it. 100% Grenache, the grapes are mechanically harvested then pressed and prepared for alcoholic fermentation. 

Grenache / Marsanne

This dry white offers wonderfully expressive aromas of nashi pear, apple, quince and pear, rounded off by green peppers, Mediterranean herbs and garrigue. Crisp and buttery, this full-bodied wine is multi-layered with a finish with some minerality and considerable reverberation.  

Grenache / Syrah

 A juicy Rhône red that could hardly be more typical with its soft tannins, spicy aromas and a beautiful opulence in the long finale. 80% Grenache Noir and 20% Syrah, as well as the Mediterranean climate give this wine its character. You find find flavors of dark berries, plums, vanilla and chocolate. 

Syrah / Mourvedre

The color of old gold and the floral and mineral scents surprise while the "usual suspects" such as currant, raspberry and some gooseberries make their presence known. All of these qualities provide a full start, the acids provide enthusiastic support throughout until the beautiful, savory finish.
