Expressions unique to each barrel of spiciness on the nose with a long finish of butterscotch, caramel and tobacco. We utilize a Solera mingling technique, which creates a balance of rich honey and cinnamon with toasted malt tones followed by caramel and butterscotch on the finish. 

American Rye

Spicy black pepper and citrus underscored by barrel characteristics of oak and vanilla. Long, smooth finish punctuated by roasted pears, cloves and molasses. We’ve taken the Pennsylvania or Monongahela style approach to rye, known for its ultra-high rye content and full-bodied and spicy nature. 

American Dry Gin

Soft juniper balanced with citrus and subtle spice with a round, complex finish. We created our Tennessee Dry Gin to be a refreshing sipping gin that doesn’t require tonic or other mixers to be enjoyed. Each botanical is appropriately engaged in order to optimize its full individual flavor, creating a seamless, smooth, and perfectly balanced gin.
