Kriek Mariage Parfait is an old Kriek beer made from 18 month aged Lambic to which 400 grams of fresh wild cherries are added for every litre. The cherries are allowed to macerate and ferment with the Lambic. The Kriek Lambic is then allowed to mature in oak barrels for about 6 to 8 months.

Kriek Boon is a spontaneously fermented beer made from old and young Lambic matured in oak barrels. We only use real, fresh cherries to make this pure Kriek beer without adding any concentrates. Kriek Boon is made with no less than 250 grams of fresh cherries per litre. The fermentation of these cherries with the young Lambic beer gives Kriek Boon its fine authentic taste.

Framboise Boon is a spontaneously fermented beer made from old and young Lambic that matured in oak barrels. The secret of its high quality and authentic taste lies in the use of real fresh raspberries without any concentrates. Framboise Boon is made with as many as 300 grams of fresh raspberries per litre. We also add some 50 grams of cherries per litre to make the beer milder.
